浩瀚色譜（山東）應用技術開發(fā)有限公司建立了雙閥雙柱單氫火焰檢測器快速檢測非甲烷總烴(NMHCs)的氣相色譜分析方法,通過直接檢測總烴和甲烷值,以及兩者差值計算非甲烷總烴值,同時后切換十通閥將高沸點組分反吹出甲烷柱,有效避免了出峰較晚的高沸點組分對分析結果的影響。方法能準確測量總烴、甲烷和非甲烷總烴,分析時間小于1 min,標準曲線線性達到0.9999。方法精密度優(yōu)于0.2%,檢出限為甲烷0.02 mg/m~3,非甲烷總烴0.026 mg/m~3(以甲烷計),滿足HJ/T38-1999性能指標要求。

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. has established a gas chromatographic analysis method for the rapid detection of non-methane total hydrocarbons (NMHCs) with a double-valve double-column single-hydrogen flame detector. The non-methane total hydrocarbon value was calculated, and finally the ten-way valve was switched to backflush the high-boiling point components out of the methane column, which effectively avoided the influence of the high-boiling point components with late peaks on the analysis results. The method can accurately measure total hydrocarbons, methane and non-methane total hydrocarbons, the analysis time is less than 1 min, and the linearity of the standard curve reaches 0.9999. The precision of the method was better than 0.2%, and the detection limit was 0.02 mg/m~3 for methane and 0.026 mg/m~3 for non-methane total hydrocarbons (calculated as methane), which met the performance requirements of HJ/T38-1999.
